Danger zone

The Danger Zone is the last item in the Settings navigation, marked with a red dot for good reason: it holds the actions that are hard or impossible to undo. Everything here is framed inside a red-bordered panel so you cannot mistake it for everyday settings.

Export your data

Export All Data downloads a complete export of your app's data as JSON: your members, content, orders and configuration. Your data is always yours, and this is the proof.

Use it for:

• Regular backups for your own peace of mind.
• A snapshot before a big restructure of your content or plans.
• Taking your data with you if you ever leave Kinflo.

Transfer ownership

Transfer hands the app to another team member. They become the owner, with full access to settings, billing and team management, and you lose owner access in the same moment. There is only ever one owner per app.

This is the right tool when:

• You are selling or handing over the business behind the app.
• A co-founder is taking over day-to-day operations.
• You set the app up under the wrong account and need to move it.

The person you transfer to must already be on your team; invite them under Team first if they are not. Because this changes who controls billing and the app itself, double-check you have picked the right person before confirming.

Delete your app

Delete App permanently deletes the app and all of its data: members, posts, courses, orders, everything. This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no recovery; deletion is final.

Before deleting:

1. Export your data with Export All Data.
2. Tell your members, especially paying ones, and settle any outstanding obligations.
3. Cancel or review your Kinflo subscription under Billing so you understand what stops and when.
