Your Kinflo subscription and billing

Updated 17 July 2026

Everything money-related lives in Settings, under Billing. The page covers two distinct things: what you pay Kinflo, and what your members pay you.

Your Kinflo plan

The top card shows your current subscription: Kinflo Launch (£79/month) or Kinflo Growth (£249/month), with a status badge and your next renewal date. Launch gives you the full platform as a hosted web app; Growth adds native iOS and Android apps, push notifications and over-the-air updates.

Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal in a new tab. From there you can update your payment card, change plan, or cancel. Because it is Stripe's own secure portal, Kinflo never sees or stores your card details.

Your invoices

The Kinflo invoices table lists every invoice with its date, description, amount and a Paid status badge. Click View on any row to open the invoice PDF from Stripe, ready for your accountant.

Your revenue

The Your revenue card is about money flowing to you, not from you:

  • Paid members: how many members currently hold a paid plan.
  • Est. membership MRR: estimated monthly recurring revenue from active paid memberships.
  • Course sales: total course purchases.
  • Stripe balance: the current balance in your connected Stripe account, awaiting payout to your bank.

Click Stripe payouts to open your own Stripe dashboard and manage payout schedules and bank details.

Tip: MRR here is estimated from active paid memberships across web and in-app. Revenue from mobile in-app purchases is paid out by the app stores via RevenueCat, not Stripe, so your Stripe balance will not include it.

Where the money goes

Member payments made on the web, memberships, courses, shop orders, event tickets and bookings, are charged through your own connected Stripe account, and Kinflo takes no cut. Your only cost is the flat monthly subscription. For the full picture see How do payouts work?.

Membership plan pricing

The plans your members can buy (names, prices, billing intervals) are configured separately under Settings, in the Plans section. Billing shows the results; Plans is where you set the products themselves.
