What happens if I cancel?

Updated 17 July 2026

You can cancel your Kinflo subscription at any time; there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Go to Settings, choose Billing, and click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel (or switch plans, if what you actually want is to downgrade from Growth to Launch rather than leave entirely). Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

What stops

When your subscription ends, the Kinflo platform stops serving your app: the hosted web app, the dashboard, push notifications and the build pipeline are all part of the subscription. Members will no longer be able to use the app experience Kinflo hosts.

What stays yours

  • Your data. Take a full JSON export, members, content, orders, configuration, from the Danger zone before you cancel. See Who owns my app and content?.
  • Your developer accounts and store listings. They belong to you, not Kinflo.
  • Your Stripe account and your entire payment history with your members.
  • Your member relationships. Your export includes your member list, so you can take your audience with you.

Before you go

  1. Export your data.
  2. Tell your members, and pause or refund any active paid memberships as appropriate; recurring member subscriptions should not keep billing for a product that is going away.
  3. Cancel from the billing portal.

Tip: if you are cancelling because of a rough patch rather than a change of direction, consider downgrading to Launch (£79/month) instead. Your community stays alive on the web, your data stays warm, and upgrading again later is a click, not a migration.
