Who owns my app and content?

You do. Kinflo is the platform underneath, but the app, the audience and the content are yours in every way that matters.
The app is yours
Your iOS and Android apps are published on your own Apple and Google developer accounts, under your name and brand. The store listings belong to you, the ratings and reviews accrue to you, and your developer relationship with Apple and Google is direct. See Do I need my own Apple or Google developer account?.
The revenue is yours
Member payments on the web go to your own Stripe account, and in-app purchases pay out from your own store accounts. Kinflo charges its flat subscription and takes 0% of your member revenue. See How do payouts work?.
The content and data are yours
Everything your community creates, posts, courses, orders, member records, belongs to you, and you can prove it: Export All Data in the Settings Danger zone downloads a complete JSON export of your app's data at any time, no permission needed, no waiting period.
What Kinflo owns
Kinflo owns the platform: the software, the build pipeline, the hosting and the dashboard. That is the part you are subscribing to. Think of it like a landlord who built the venue while you own the business, the stock and the customer relationships inside it.
Tip: take a data export every so often as a matter of habit. You will likely never need it, but "my data is sitting in my own backups" is a good feeling to run a business on.
