What each feature does

This is the quick map of everything your app can include. Each feature below can be switched on or off from Manage Features, and each links to its full documentation.

Feed

The heart of most Kinflo apps: a community feed where members create posts, comment and react, organised into spaces for different topics or groups. You manage posts, spaces and the moderation queue from the Community section of the dashboard. Full docs: Community.

Messages

Direct and group messaging between members, and between you and members, delivered in real time with photos, videos and shared posts. Your side of it is the dashboard inbox. Full docs: Messages.

Courses

Structured learning with video and text lessons and quizzes. Members enrol, work through modules and have their progress tracked; you build courses in the course editor and monitor student progress from the dashboard. Courses can be free, paid, or included with a membership plan. Full docs: Courses.

Events

Virtual and in-person events with RSVPs and paid tickets. Members see upcoming events, respond, pay for tickets where you charge, and add events to their calendars. Full docs: Events.

Storefront

A shop inside your app selling physical, digital and affiliate products, with orders and categories managed from the dashboard and checkout running through your own Stripe account. Full docs: Storefront.

Content Pages

Long-form published content: blog posts, articles and podcasts that live alongside your community rather than in the feed. Full docs: Content Pages.

Bookings

Calendar-based session bookings. You define session types and availability; members pick a slot from the calendar and book, with payment where you charge for sessions. Full docs: Bookings.

Loyalty

A points programme members earn in person and redeem for rewards, built for clinics, salons and studios. Members carry a points card with a QR code; your staff award and redeem points from the till view. Full docs: Loyalty.

Fitness

Custom workouts and progress tracking. This feature is marked Coming soon on the Manage Features page and cannot be enabled yet; it will appear here when it ships.
