The members table
Updated 17 July 2026
The Users page is the home of everyone who has joined your app. The header shows your total member count, and the table below it lists each member with their avatar, display name, username, email, role, plan, join date and last activity.
Search and filter
Above the table:
- The Search users field matches names, usernames and emails as you type.
- The role filter narrows the list to All Roles, Owner, Admin, Moderator or Member.
- The plan filter shows All plans, Free, or any membership plan you have created in Settings, so you can see exactly who is on which tier.
The count on the right ("Showing 1-25 of 240") always reflects the current filters.
Sort and page through
The Joined and Last Activity columns are sortable. Click a column heading to sort by it; click again to flip between ascending and descending. Long lists are paginated, with page controls under the table.
Read the row
Each row packs in useful signals:
- The Role column shows a colour-coded badge: Owner (red), Admin (green), Moderator (amber), Member (grey).
- The Plan column shows a green badge with the plan name for paying members, or a grey Free badge.
- A small amber Muted badge appears next to a member's name if you have muted them.
- Click any email address to copy it to your clipboard; a green tick confirms the copy.
Clicking anywhere else on a row opens the member's profile drawer. See Member actions for everything you can do from there.
Select members in bulk
Tick the checkbox on any row (or the header checkbox to select the whole page) to build a selection. With members selected, the three-dot menu on any row switches to Bulk actions, letting you change roles, edit plans, or mute several members in one go. Owners are automatically skipped by bulk role changes.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV in the page header to download the members currently shown as a spreadsheet. The file includes Name, Email, Role, Joined and Last Activity columns and is named with today's date.
Tip: apply your search and filters first, then export. The CSV contains the rows on screen, so filtering to, say, paid members gives you a ready-made mailing list segment.
