Turning features on and off

Your app does not have to include everything Kinflo offers. The Manage Features page lets you switch each feature on or off, so your app contains exactly what your community needs and nothing that dilutes it.
The feature cards
Each feature is a card with its name, a one-line description, and a toggle:
- Feed: posts, spaces, comments, reactions.
- Messages: direct and group messaging between members.
- Courses: video and text lessons with quizzes.
- Events: virtual and in-person events with RSVPs and paid tickets.
- Storefront: physical, digital and affiliate products.
- Content Pages: blog posts, articles, podcasts.
- Bookings: calendar-based session bookings.
- Loyalty: points members earn in person and redeem for rewards.
- Fitness: custom workouts and progress tracking (marked Coming soon; its toggle is disabled until it ships).
The badge in the page header keeps a running count, for example "5 features enabled". Disabled cards render dimmed so the state is obvious at a glance.
Flip a toggle
Click the toggle on any card. The change saves immediately, a toast confirms it ("Events enabled"), and three things happen:
- Your members' app updates live. The feature's tab or menu entry appears or disappears in the mobile app and web app within seconds; there is no build or release involved.
- Your dashboard sidebar updates. Sections for disabled features are hidden from the sidebar, so your dashboard stays as focused as your app.
- The Style Manager scope list updates, since you only style features you actually use.
Configure a feature
Each enabled card has a Configure link that takes you to the feature's own management area, where its content and settings live. For what every feature actually does in members' hands, see What each feature does.
Tip: launching lean beats launching broad. A community with three active features feels alive; the same community spread across eight feels empty. Start with your core, and switch more on as your membership grows into them.
Turning a feature off does not delete anything
Disabling a feature hides it from members and from your sidebar, but its content is kept. Turn Courses off for a season and back on later, and your courses are exactly where you left them.
