Feature bundles
Updated 17 July 2026
Feature Bundles are one-click presets at the bottom of the Manage Features page. Instead of deciding feature by feature, pick the bundle that matches your business and Kinflo sets the toggles for you.
The bundles
- Fitness Coach: Bookings + Events + Feed. For trainers and coaches whose core loop is booked sessions, group events and a community feed.
- Educator: Courses + Feed + Content Pages. For course creators and teachers: structured learning, discussion, and supporting articles.
- Retail Brand: Shop. For brands whose app is first and foremost a storefront, paired with push notifications from Marketing.
- Community Manager: Feed + Messages + Content Pages. For community-first creators: conversation, direct messaging, and published content.
- All Features: everything switched on: Feed, Messages, Courses, Events, Storefront, Content Pages, Bookings and Loyalty.
Apply a bundle
- Open Manage Features from the sidebar.
- Scroll to Feature Bundles.
- Click Apply on the bundle you want.
A toast confirms it ("Bundle applied: Educator") and the feature cards above update to match. Your members' app, your dashboard sidebar and the Style Manager scopes all update live, exactly as if you had flipped each toggle yourself.
Bundles replace your current selection
Applying a bundle sets your features to exactly what the bundle contains: features in the bundle switch on, and everything else switches off. It is a reset to a known-good starting point, not an addition on top of what you have.
That makes bundles perfect during setup, and slightly blunt afterwards. If your app is already live with a curated selection, prefer flipping individual toggles so you do not accidentally hide a feature members are using.
Tip: bundles are starting points, not contracts. Apply the closest match, then fine-tune with the individual toggles. An educator who also sells merch just applies Educator and switches Storefront on afterwards.
Nothing is deleted when a bundle turns a feature off; its content is kept and reappears if you re-enable the feature later. For what each feature actually gives your members, see What each feature does.
