Can members use my app on the web?
Updated 17 July 2026
Yes. Every Kinflo app includes a hosted web app at your own subdomain, for example yourname.kinflo.app, on both the Launch and Growth plans. Anything a member can reach in a browser, laptop, desktop, or a phone without the app installed, is covered.
Same account, same everything
The web app is not a cut-down companion; it shares accounts, content and features with your mobile app. A member can:
- Join and sign in with email and password, or Google and Apple sign-in.
- Read and post in the community feed and spaces.
- Take courses with synced progress.
- RSVP to events and buy tickets.
- Book sessions from the calendar.
- Check their loyalty points and rewards.
- Buy memberships, with checkout through your Stripe account.
- Manage their profile, appearance and password from the web settings page.
Which features appear is controlled by the same toggles in Manage Features as the mobile app, and the design comes from the same Style Manager configuration, so both surfaces always match your brand.

Why it matters
The web app is your zero-friction front door. A link in your Instagram bio or newsletter takes someone from curious to signed-up member in under a minute, with nothing to install. When they later download your mobile app, the same login carries everything over.
Tip: you can serve the web app on your own domain too, such as community.yourbrand.com, with automatic SSL. See Custom domains.
