What members see: the web app
Updated 17 July 2026
Alongside the mobile app, your community lives in any browser at your subdomain, for example yourname.kinflo.app, or your custom domain. It carries your branding, mirrors your enabled features, and shares the same accounts and content as mobile, so a member can post from their laptop at lunch and reply from their phone that evening.
Joining and signing in
Members sign up and sign in on the web with email and password, or with Google and Apple sign-in. The same account works across web and mobile. See Member accounts and passwords for the details.
Community
The web app has the full community experience: the feed, individual spaces, post pages with comments and reactions, member profiles, plus each member's own My Posts and Drafts pages for managing what they have written.
Courses
Members browse the course catalogue, open a course, and work through lessons with their progress tracked, the same progress they see on mobile.
Events
The events page lists what is coming up; each event has its own page where members RSVP or buy tickets, and add the event to their calendar.
Bookings
Members browse your session types, presented with images, pick a slot from the month-grid calendar and book, just as on mobile.
Loyalty
The loyalty page shows the member's points balance and available rewards, mirroring the rewards card in the mobile app.
Membership and upgrading
The upgrade page presents your paid plans; checkout runs through your Stripe account in the browser. Purchases made on the web unlock the same access in the mobile app.
Member settings
The web settings page gives members control of their account:
- Profile: display name, bio and avatar, "how you appear to other members".
- Appearance: a light and dark theme toggle, when your app's theme settings allow members to choose.
- Password: change their password, with their current password verified first.
Same design, zero installs
The web app is themed from the same Style Manager configuration as your mobile app, and it updates the moment you save. Because there is nothing to install, it is the lowest-friction link you can share.
Tip: on the Launch plan the web app is the whole product, and it is a complete one. Plenty of creators run web-only for months, build revenue, then upgrade to Growth for the app stores with their community already thriving.
