Your hosted web app
Updated 17 July 2026
The moment your Kinflo app exists, it is live on the web at your own subdomain, for example yourname.kinflo.app. This hosted web app is included in both plans, needs no build or submission, and is the fastest way to get members in while your mobile apps are still in the pipeline.
What members can do there
The web app mirrors your mobile app's features, gated by the same feature toggles you set in Manage Features:
- Join and sign in with email and password, or with Google and Apple.
- Community: browse the feed and spaces, create posts, comment and react.
- Courses: enrol, watch lessons and track progress.
- Events: view upcoming events, RSVP, buy paid tickets and add events to their calendar.
- Bookings: browse your session types and book slots from the calendar.
- Loyalty: view their points balance and rewards.
- Memberships: upgrade to your paid plans, with checkout through your Stripe account.
- Their account: edit their profile, avatar and bio, and change their password from the web settings page.
For a fuller member's-eye tour, see What members see: the web app.
It is always your brand
The web app is themed from the same configuration as your mobile app: your colours, fonts, logo and layout from the Style Manager. When you save a design change in the dashboard, the web app picks it up straight away, no deploy, no waiting.
Your web address
By default your app lives at your Kinflo subdomain, shown with an Active badge in Settings under General. You can also connect your own domain, such as community.yourbrand.com, with automatic SSL; see Custom domains.
Tip: put your web app link everywhere from day one, in your bio, your email footer, your existing social channels. Members who join on the web carry the same account into your mobile app later, so nothing is wasted.
How it fits with the mobile apps
On the Launch plan, the web app is your product. On the Growth plan, it runs alongside your iOS and Android apps as the zero-install front door: someone who clicks your link in a browser can join in seconds, then install the mobile app when they are ready. Accounts, content and purchases are shared across all surfaces.
When you are ready to go native, see Mobile app builds.
