Rewards

Rewards are what members spend their points on: a free coffee, a treatment, a discount, a piece of merch. Open Loyalty in the sidebar and switch to the Rewards tab to build the catalogue.
Create a reward
Click New reward and fill in the dialog:
- Title - for example "Free coffee".
- Description - what the member gets.
- Cost (points) - how many points redeeming it costs. Must be a positive number.
- Photo - optional. With a photo, the reward card shows the image; without one, it falls back to the icon and colour tile.
- Icon - click Change to open the icon picker and choose from the icon library. The preview shows the icon tinted in your chosen colour.
- Colour - one of six presets or a custom colour. It tints the icon tile.
- Active - inactive rewards are hidden from members in the app, so you can prepare rewards ahead of a launch or retire seasonal ones without deleting them.
Click Create reward.
Managing the catalogue
Each reward is a row showing its image or icon tile, title, description, points cost pill and an active toggle. From the row you can:
- Reorder with the up/down arrows. The order here is exactly the order members see in the app, so lead with your most tempting reward.
- Toggle active on or off instantly.
- Edit with the pencil icon.
- Delete with the bin icon. Past redemptions keep their history; only the catalogue entry is removed.
Tip: price your entry-level reward so a new member can reach it quickly, welcome points included. An achievable first redemption is what turns the programme into a habit.
List or grid layout
Whether members see rewards as a full-width stacked list or a two-across grid is a style decision, so it lives in the Style Manager rather than on this page:
- Open Style Manager.
- On the Styles tab, set the feature scope dropdown to Loyalty.
- In the Rewards Layout section, choose List or Grid and watch the phone preview update.
The same scope also styles the loyalty card itself (corner radius, gradient or flat).
When members redeem
A member redeems from the app when their balance covers the cost; the redemption is deducted immediately and logged on the Activity tab. What that looks like on their screen is covered in The member rewards screen, and awarding the points in the first place in How loyalty points work.
