The member rewards screen

Updated 17 July 2026

Once your loyalty programme is active, members find a Rewards entry in your app's menu (gift icon). Here is what they see, so you can explain it in person and spot problems quickly.

The loyalty card

The top of the screen is the member's loyalty card:

  • their current points balance, using the points label you chose,
  • their name,
  • their personal member code, the short code your staff use to look them up when awarding points.

Opening this screen for the first time is what creates the member's loyalty account and credits their welcome points, as described in How loyalty points work. The card's look, its corner radius and whether it uses a brand-colour gradient or a flat surface, is set in the Style Manager under the Loyalty scope.

The Rewards tab

Below the card sit two tabs: Rewards and History. Rewards shows your catalogue in the exact order you arranged on the dashboard, laid out as a full-width list or two-across grid depending on your Rewards Layout style setting.

Each reward card shows its photo (or icon and colour tile), title, description and points cost. Rewards a member cannot yet afford are visible but not redeemable, which is deliberate: they are the goal to save towards. Inactive rewards do not appear at all.

Redeeming

When a member's balance covers a reward, they can redeem it from the reward card. The points are deducted immediately and the app shows a redemption confirmation with the reward's name and the time it was redeemed. The member shows that confirmation screen to you or your staff to claim the reward in person.

On your side, the redemption appears instantly in the dashboard's Activity tab and in the member's drawer, so you can verify a claim in seconds if anything looks off.

Tip: brief your staff that the confirmation screen with a just-now timestamp is what a valid claim looks like. A screenshot from last week is not a fresh redemption, and the Activity log settles any dispute.

The History tab

History lists the member's own transactions: welcome points, every award (with your notes), adjustments and redemptions. It is the member-facing mirror of your Activity log, which keeps the programme transparent and cuts down balance queries.
