A tour of the dashboard overview
Updated 17 July 2026
The overview page, headed Welcome back, is the first thing you see when you sign in. It is a one-screen summary of how your app is doing: revenue, members, activity and trends, all from live data.
The stat cards
Across the top sit four cards:
- MRR, your monthly recurring revenue in pounds, from paid member subscriptions.
- Active Users (30d), how many members used your app in the last 30 days.
- New Users (30d), how many members joined in the last 30 days.
- Free → Paid Conv., the percentage of members who have converted from free to paid.
These update from your live data, no refresh button needed.
MRR Growth chart
Below the cards, the MRR Growth (GBP) chart plots your recurring revenue over time. Use the 90D / 30D toggle in its corner to switch between a quarter view and a month view. Hover any point to see the exact MRR for that day.
Recent Users
The Recent Users card lists the five newest members of your app, with their name, email and signup date. Click any row to open their profile drawer, the same one used on the Users page, where you can see their details and take actions. The View All link takes you to the full Users table with search, filters and exports.
Community Activity
This card shows your paid members count front and centre, with posts from the last 30 days and course completions alongside. It is a quick pulse check: are people not just joining, but actually posting and finishing things?
New Members chart
The New Members chart plots daily signups, with its own independent 90D / 30D toggle. A steady climb here is the healthiest signal your app can give you.
The two charts have separate range toggles on purpose, you can compare a 90-day revenue trend against a 30-day signup burst side by side.
AI Insights
The AI Insights button in the top-right opens a side drawer that turns your live numbers into plain-English observations: where your MRR comes from, how engagement is trending, what your conversion rate is doing, and suggested next actions such as gathering testimonials from your most active members.
Where to go deeper
The overview is deliberately compact. For more:
- Analytics has date-ranged metrics, visitor and revenue charts, downloads by platform and content engagement.
- The Users page is the full member management table.
- Learn to jump anywhere instantly with global search, and see how the sidebar works in Sidebar navigation.
