The homepage builder

Your app's home tab is the first thing members see every time they open it. The Homepage tab of the Style Manager gives you two ways to fill it: point it at an existing page, or design a custom homepage from blocks.
Use a page, or go custom
At the top of the Homepage tab you choose between:
- Use a page, pick one of your app's existing screens as home, for example your Feed. Simple and effective if one feature is the centre of your app.
- Custom Homepage, compose your own home screen from blocks. The tab shows a read-only thumbnail of your current design with a block count, and a button that opens the full Homepage Builder.
The block library
The Homepage Builder is a full-screen editor: a block library, a phone canvas in the middle and a properties panel. General blocks are always available:
- Hero banner, full-width image with a headline and call-to-action
- Welcome block, greets the member by name with their streak
- Announcement bar, a slim notice pinned across the top
- Quick actions, a grid of tappable shortcut tiles
- Rich text, formatted text with headings, links, bold and italic
- Image, a single image or banner you upload
- Button, one call-to-action linking anywhere
- Spacer and Divider, breathing room and separation
Feature blocks appear only for features you have enabled:
- Post feed and Pinned post (Feed)
- Course row and Featured course (Courses)
- Product shelf (Storefront)
- Event list (Events)
- Book a session (Bookings)
- Loyalty card (Loyalty)
- Latest content (Content Pages)
Feature blocks are live, a Post feed block streams your actual latest posts, and a Product shelf shows your real products.
Building the layout
- Add blocks from the library, they appear on the phone canvas.
- Drag blocks to reorder them.
- Select a block to edit its properties: images, headings, links, which course or post to feature, and so on.
- Preview on a real phone from the header's preview button.
- Save, and your members' home tab updates within seconds.
A strong homepage formula: hero or welcome at the top, one action you want members to take this week (a featured course, an event, a product), then a live feed block so the screen always feels fresh. Resist the urge to add everything, a homepage with three purposeful blocks outperforms one with ten.
Design notes
- Blocks inherit your global styles, colours, fonts and corner treatments follow whatever you set in the Styles tab, so the homepage never drifts off-brand.
- The home tab itself must be included in your app's navigation, which is arranged in the Menus tab, see Menus: the tab bar and drawer.
