Scheduling and history
Updated 17 July 2026
The Marketing section keeps a complete record of every push notification: what went out, what is queued, and what is still a work in progress. Two tabs cover it: All notifications and Drafts.
Schedule a notification for later
When composing a notification, switch Schedule from Send now to Schedule for later, pick a date and time, and click Schedule Notification. The notification joins the All notifications list with an amber Scheduled badge showing its planned send time, for example "Scheduled for Jul 20, 2026, 9:00 AM".
Scheduling is ideal for timing announcements to when your audience is most active, or lining up a launch push in advance so you are free on the day.
Track everything in All notifications
The All notifications tab is your full history. Each row shows:
- Title of the notification.
- Audience as a badge: All Users, Free Users, or Paid Subscribers.
- Status: Draft, Scheduled (with the planned time), Sent (with the actual send time), or Failed.
- Opens: how many members tapped the notification.
The Opens column is the quickest read on what resonates. Compare open counts across sends to learn which titles, times and audiences perform best for your community.
Tip: a Failed status usually means the send hit a temporary issue. Recreate the notification and send again; if it keeps failing, contact Kinflo support.
Work with drafts
Click Save as Draft in the composer to park a notification without sending it. The Drafts tab lists every draft with its title, body preview, audience and creation date, plus two actions per row:
- Edit reopens the draft in the composer, with an "Editing draft" badge so you know you are updating rather than duplicating. From there you can keep refining, send it, or schedule it.
- Delete removes the draft permanently.
Drafts are great for batching: write a week of notifications in one sitting, then send or schedule them one by one.
Marketing also includes an Email tab for email sequences to your members, with its own composer and controls, so push and email campaigns live side by side in one place.
