Creating a course

Open Courses in the sidebar and click Create Course. Kinflo creates an "Untitled course" and drops you straight into the course editor.

The editor layout

The editor is two panels. On the left: Course Details, Course Settings, your list of modules and an Add Module button. On the right: whichever panel or module you have selected. A publish switch sits in the header, and the editor warns you before you navigate away with unsaved changes.

Course details

Select Course Details and fill in:

• Title and Description.
• Cover image - upload an image; it becomes the course card background in the app.
• Access - Free or Paid. Pricing is covered in Pricing courses.

Click Save course when the amber "Unsaved changes" dot appears.

Build modules

Click Add Module to create a module, then edit it on the right:

• Title and Description.
• Group - optional. Modules that share a group name appear under one section heading in the app, for example "Week 1 - Why this matters". The field suggests group names you have already used.
• Videos - upload one or more lesson videos (mp4 or mov). Each shows in a list where it can be removed.

Modules are numbered in the left panel in the order they appear to students, and a small play icon marks modules that contain video.

Add exercises

Below the videos, each module has an Exercises section with three buttons: quiz, todo and text.

• Quiz - add questions, give each question answers, and click the circle next to an answer to mark it correct.
• Todo - a checklist of items students tick off.
• Text - written content for reading or reflection.

Exercises save from their own dialog, independently of the module's Save module button, and can be edited or deleted from the list at any time.

Publish

The switch in the editor header flips the course between Draft and Published. It stays disabled until the course has at least one module. Published courses appear in the app immediately; drafts are only visible to you.

Course layout and styling, including the reels-style course view, live in the Style Manager under the Courses scope.
