Content posts

Content Pages is your app's library of official content: articles, guides and updates written by you, separate from the member-driven community feed. In the app this section appears as Resources. Open Content Pages in the sidebar to manage it; the page has two tabs, Posts and Categories.
Publish a content post
- Click New Post in the top-right.
- Pick a category from the dropdown (or leave "No category"). Categories carry a colour dot so members can scan the library quickly; manage them under Content categories.
- Write your post in the composer.
- Attach media with the image and video buttons in the footer. You can add several files and remove any before publishing.
- Optionally click the poll button to add a poll: an optional question plus two to six options. Handy for gathering opinions on future content.
- Click Publish.
Content posts go live immediately; there is no draft state on this composer. If you want to prepare something in advance, write it elsewhere and paste it in when you are ready.
Edit or delete a post
Unlike community posts, content posts remain editable after publishing. Use the three-dot menu on any row:
- View post - opens the post exactly as members see it, including likes and comments.
- Edit post - reopens the composer with the content, media, category and poll loaded. Existing poll options keep their identity when you edit, so votes already cast stay attached.
- Delete post - permanently removes the post along with its likes and comments.
Managing the list
The Posts tab shows each post's content preview (with media thumbnails and a Poll badge where relevant), category pill, author, comment count and date. You can search by content or author, filter by category, and sort by date using the column header. Pagination appears once the list grows.
Tip: use Content Pages for material you want to stay findable, and the Community feed for conversation. The content library is organised by your categories rather than buried in a chronological feed.
What members see
Members open Resources from your app's menu, browse the library, filter by category, and read posts with their media and polls. They can like and comment, and those comments flow into the same notification system as the rest of your app. How content cards look is set in the Style Manager; see Content settings and styling.
