Understanding your analytics

Updated 17 July 2026

The Analytics page turns your app's activity into numbers you can act on: how fast you are growing, what you are earning, and how engaged your members are.

Pick a date range

The selector in the page header controls the window for every chart: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last year or All time. Each chart shows the active range under its title so there is never any doubt what you are looking at.

The stat cards

Four cards across the top give you the headline picture:

  • Total Users: everyone who has ever joined your app.
  • Active Users (30d): members who have been active in the last 30 days. The gap between this and Total Users is your re-engagement opportunity.
  • Revenue (MRR): your estimated monthly recurring revenue from active paid memberships.
  • Posts (30d): community posts created in the last 30 days, a quick pulse on how alive your feed is.

User Growth

The User Growth chart plots signups over your chosen range, with a toggle between two views:

  • Cumulative shows your total member count climbing over time, the classic growth curve.
  • Daily shows signups per day, which makes spikes obvious, useful for seeing whether a push notification, launch or collaboration actually moved the needle.

Revenue

The Revenue bar chart shows membership revenue per day across the range. Hover any bar for the exact figure. Because it is broken out daily, you can line revenue bumps up against what you did that day, a price change, a campaign, a new course.

Engagement

The Engagement chart overlays two lines: Posts created and course Completions per day. Together they show whether members are both talking and learning. If posts are healthy but completions are flat, your courses may need shorter lessons or a push; if it is the other way round, seed some conversation in the feed.

Top Content and User Retention

Two further cards round out the page. Top Content will surface your best-performing content, and User Retention tracks how well each weekly cohort of new members sticks around. Both fill in as your app accumulates data; early on they may show "Not enough data yet", which is normal for a new app.

Tip: check Analytics on a weekly rhythm rather than daily. Day-to-day numbers are noisy; week-over-week trends are what tell you if things are working.
